I was born on10th November 1989 and christened Andrewnicko Ondoro after my uncle. My parents were both business people running a construction company. My early childhood was spent at the family home right in the middle of a relatively young but busy hometown – Oyugis, a few kilometers from the south western shores of the Kenyan Victoria . It was a good life as I can reconstruct from photos full of chocolates, ‘Lucozades’ ‘Ribena‟, cakes and birthday parties although a lot of the time we had to fight for my dad’s laps whenever he came back home because we were just so many! Mine was and still is a big family: three mothers who happened to be giving birth at just around the same time!
